We are living in turbulent times. All around us there are problems. Economic, political, religious, moral, and family problems, in fact it seems that we are surrounded with problems. The question is, is there an answer.

The bible tells us that the root of all the troubles in the world and in our personal lives is SIN. Sin is falling short of the standards of God.

The bible declares that we have ALL sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23) If we are brave enough to take an honest look at our lives, we must admit that this is true. Now the problem arises as to how to deal with my sin. Many try to live good lives, or join a religious group. Others just choose to ignore it. Ultimately if we keep trying to deal with sin our own way we will die and enter eternity without God, which brings us no hope. (The Wages of Sin is death....Romans 6v23).

The good news that the gospel brings to us is that despite our SIN, God loves each of us and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be our Saviour. The Lord Jesus died upon the cross of Calvary as a sinless, perfect man but was willing to die to take the punishment for all of our SIN. Jesus Christ paid in full the penalty for our SIN and shed His precious blood so we could be cleansed.

We don't have all the answers but believe that we have exciting news to share about Jesus Christ.
